Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receiving your order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. 

Delivery timescales are estimated from the date of dispatch. 

All orders are dispatched in plain discreet packaging.   

The outer packaging does not have any branding, sender information or logos, except for the Royal Mail address / tracking label return details.

UK Delivery   

When you checkout, you are able to choose between standard UK 2nd class shipping and 1st class delivery services as detailed below. Delivery estimates are for mainland UK addresses.

UK Standard 2nd Class Services:

UK Standard 1st Class Services:

International Delivery (Suspended)

Following BREXIT 1st January 2021, Teaseled Limited is currently unable to offer shipping outside the UK from this website.

Teaseled Limited cannot be held liable for customs opening any parcel, although we will do our best to ensure the parcel can be inspected as easily as possible without damage to the goods. 

For any goods sent to countries outside the EU, goods may be subject to customs declaration forms being attached to the parcel. 

Whilst we dispatch in discreet packaging any customs form will declare, the parcel contents.  For any goods sent to countries other than EU, such shipments may be liable for customs charges applied in the destination country. 

The customer and not Teaseled Limited is responsible for payment and handling of any or all such charges.
