Teaseled Returns Policy
At Teaseled Limited we aim to provide high quality British designed and manufactured products to our customers. As part of our commitment to our customers, we operate a return policy as below.
(1) General:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase under the UK distance selling regulations, then you can return your item(s) following our procedures below and subject to our general terms & conditions.
Item(s) must be;
· Unworn
· Unwashed
· In their original condition with all tags attached and all seals intact (where applicable).
We do not accept returns of Lingerie, which have been used or where any hygiene seals, tags or labels have been removed. However, if you believe your item is defective, refer to clause (5).
Please return your items to Teaseled Limited, 23 Hartree Way, Ipswich, IP5 2DY. You have 21 days to return your item/s or notify us of your return. Please include the order reference number as shown on your invoice. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange an item or return part of your order or need further assistance, please contact us at sales@teaseled.com.
Item(s) must be returned to the address included with the original order invoice and the customer should ensure that the original order number, customer name and customer address are included with the returned item(s).
(2) Order Cancellation Policy:
A customer may cancel an order up until the point at which it is dispatched, without extra charges. We will attempt to refund the order using the same method used at order placement. An order may still be withdrawn after this point by using our 21 day returns policy set out in clause (3) and subject to our general terms and conditions.
(3) 21 Day Returns policy:
Returns are accepted subject to the conditions and procedure above within 21 days of receipt of the original order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned item(s) are packaged appropriately, are responsible for any return postage charges and responsible for obtaining proof of postage (recommended).
(4) Refunds:
Upon receipt of any returned items, Teaseled Limited will refund the original purchase price of the item(s), provided that they are returned in line with the conditions and procedure above in clauses (1), (2) and (3). Teaseled Limited is not responsible for and will not issue a refund for any item(s) which are returned other than as per the procedure and conditions above. Teaseled Limited will aim to issue any applicable refund within 7 days of the returned item(s) being receipted by Teaseled Limited.
(5) Defective Item(s):
If the item you have received is defective, please notify Teaseled Limited promptly at sales@teaseled.com subject to our returns policy in clause (3) above. For any products deemed defective, we will provide a full refund.
